Pokemon Collections

I'm happy to announce that you can now keep track of your Pokemon collection online with the doeiqts's My Collection page!

This page allows you to enter how many of each Pokemon card you have and will then give you a link to share with people so they can see your online binder.

To get started, go to http://pokeprices.doeiqts.com/mycollection or click the link at the top of the site. Search for the cards in your collection and enter their quantities. Click the Save Collection button once you're done. After you've setup your collection, you can click the link at the top of your collection and see a public page listing all of your cards. You can give that link to your friends so they can see what you have for trade.

Your online binder will also show you how much your collection is worth based on current market prices. If someone clicks on a card in your collection they will be taken to a page where they can email you asking to trade for that card.

No longer do you have to type out all of your cards every time someone asks you what you have for trade.

Pokemon Top Card Takedown

The Pokemon Company International (TCPi) has recently sent a DMCA takedown notice to Google for my Android application Pokemon Top Card. This being the case, you can no longer download the application (though if you already have it, it should still work).

I hope everyone has enjoyed the application as a fun way to collaborate on our favorite cards.

I'm working on a new application that should be of interest to anyone that plays the online version of the pokemon trading card game (though it has many other uses as well). Stay tuned for updates on the release of this new application.

Emerging Powers

Alright, so I just pushed the new version of Pokemon Top Card. Version 2.0 is updated with the cards that came out in Emerging Powers, as well as any promos listed as modified. I've streamlined the update process so I'll be able to have new sets added much sooner in the future.

Another change I made is that each new set that comes out will start a new voting process. Since the cards appear randomly, it would be hard for the newer cards to catch up to the votes the older cards have accumulated. So with each new set, the voting will start over at zero.

Don't worry though, you can still see the results from the previous periods. I've added pages for each period of voting so you can go back and see what cards were on top in each format.

I still need to fix the rotation crash bug, but if you notice anything else please let me know. Remember, the images come from the Pokegym, so if they're down for maintance this app won't work during that time.

You can download the app here.

Blastoise Blasting Up

Wow, so it looks like Blastoise has taken quite a leap, and Zekrom has changed it's color. Keep the votes coming you guys. No Yanmega or Magnezone yet I see. That's the randomness of the cards getting shown, I'm sure they'll appear in our top 10 soon enough.

I'm still working on making everything more stable, and will hopefully have an iOS version soon. Let me know in the comments if you guys have any suggestions and if you encounter any bugs please report them. Thank you.
